By contacting, using the website of, or requesting services from Torrent Plumbing Co. ("Torrent Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.
Torrent Plumbing Co. connects customers with licensed plumbing professionals for emergency and non-emergency residential and commercial plumbing services in Central Florida. We coordinate dispatch; the licensed contractor you are dispatched to performs the work and is responsible for their workmanship under their license.
By using the Get-a-plumber chat on our website or contacting us and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Torrent Plumbing Co. regarding your service request, dispatch status, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Torrent Plumbing text message, or by emailing help@torrentplumbingco.com. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from receiving service.
Service pricing is provided upfront before any work begins. Our emergency call-out starts at $280 (2-hour minimum: 1 hour travel + 1 hour on-site, at $120/hr + $40 truck charge). Work beyond 2 hours is billed at $120/hr plus materials and equipment, quoted and approved before proceeding. Final pricing is confirmed by the dispatched plumber on-site before work starts. You are not obligated to proceed with any repair.
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, contact us within 30 days and we will work to make it right. This guarantee applies to workmanship, not materials or pre-existing conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Torrent Plumbing Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, delays caused by factors outside our control, or damage resulting from your failure to follow plumber recommendations.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
